Packaging · Sales & Design Internship
Sales, Marketing & Design Intern, May–Jul 2025, Bangalore
A design-led fragrance and packaging business where I owned the full client cycle across six briefs, from the first sales call to final packaging, including a 10-variant perfume box system designed in 3 days and hand-packed at 200+ units.
K2 Fragrances is a design-led fragrance and packaging business in Bangalore. Over a ten-week internship (May–Jul 2025) I worked across sales, marketing, and design at once, owning the full client cycle across six briefs spanning pharma, automotive, and retail, from the first sales call through to final packaging.
The most intense brief was Motozoop's: a full perfume box system across all 10 of their fragrance variants, on a three-day timeline, then hand-packed at the factory at 200+ finished units. I'd never touched CorelDRAW before this brief. I learned it, along with dielines and print-ready file prep, from scratch to get the boxes production-ready in time. The full box design file ↓ has the dielines and final layouts.
Beyond Motozoop, CorelDRAW became my default tool for client work: packaging tags for Stella Industries, plus car-service tags and branded air freshener charms for other clients running through the same production pipeline.
On the marketing side, I designed flyer concepts for Ravindu Toyota and Viva Toyota, four concepts total, two finalized and dispatched, and explored a second, AI-assisted set of concepts for K2's own product range and pricing.
I also redesigned K2's product catalogue and kept daily sales records through the internship. You can compare my catalogue redesign ↓ against the original catalogue ↓, and the daily sales report ↓ shows the tracking work behind the sales side of the role.
